Garrett Mann, Senior Managing Consultant, is a member of the Physician Enterprise Services team with over 10 years of healthcare management experience. Mr. Mann has implemented strategy and change management engagements for academic medical centers, large state and national health systems, specialty centers and small community systems with a specific focus on the physician enterprise. Prior to joining BRG, Mr. Mann successfully led ambulatory performance improvement implementations to optimize provider templates and patient access, ensure efficient patient throughput processes, create appropriate coding and documentation protocols, align staffing to provider productivity, and develop provider compensation programs. In addition, Mr. Mann also supports strategic projects focused on service-line growth, mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, funds flow, and synergies.
