The goal is to preserve and enhance the relationship. Many of us are unaware of how we may be coming across by inattentive listening, interrupting, non-effective body language, and poor verbal and written communication. This workshop will give insight and techniques to improve your leadership and management skills in these areas. Attendee participation and case examples will be utilized to teach these skills.
